## The brand

Zippity is B2B software that lets businesses offer onsite car services, like mobile detailing, with online booking.

## Why

More competitors were advertising on Facebook, and some were bidding on the Zippity brand name in Google Ads. Zippity was being pushed down the results.

## How

1. I set the brand campaign to hold the top spot for searches on Zippity’s own name, and added a campaign for competitor names.
2. I raised Quality Scores with tighter keywords, better ads and relevant landing pages, so ads ranked higher for less.
3. On Facebook, I built lookalike audiences from website visitors and HubSpot contacts, and retargeted people who watched the video ads.

## Step by step

1. **The problem.** A competitor, Shopmonkey, was bidding on searches for Zippity and ranking above it more each month.
2. **Better ads.** I rebuilt the search ads with the keyword in the headline, until Google rated their strength Excellent.
3. **Higher Quality Scores.** Tighter keywords and relevant landing pages raised Quality Scores, so ads ranked higher for less.
4. **Facebook audiences.** Lookalikes from website visitors and HubSpot contacts, checked against who actually follows the brand.
5. **The result.** More leads and MQLs from both search and social, at a lower cost per conversion.

## What happened

- 131% more conversions
- 74% lower cost per conversion
