## The brand

Grandstaff Manors is the housing program of Form Communities: four homes in the Dellview neighborhood of San Antonio, rented by the room to San Antonio Clubhouse members in recovery.

## Why

Form Communities wanted to raise awareness and funds for the homes. The program is named after Bruce and Randy Grandstaff, two longtime Clubhouse members, and their story shows why it matters better than any fact sheet.

## How

1. I planned the awareness campaign to raise funds, with the brothers’ story at its center.
2. I wrote the storyboard scene by scene, from their years at the Clubhouse to the homes named in their memory.
3. I planned and scripted it with Claude Code, ChatGPT and Gemini, then built the scenes with AI.
4. Nano Banana 2 made the collage keyframes. Gemini Omni Flash, Kling O3 Pro and Seedance 2.0 animated them. ElevenLabs, xAI TTS and Seed Audio voiced the narration, MiniMax Music made the score and Youchuan V8.1 cut out elements.
